These live Zoom sessions are designed for real life, not a perfect studio set. Whether you have 75 or 90 minutes, we focus on what is happening in your body today—releasing tension through guided pranayama and kriya. You get access to the recording for up to 48 hours afterward, so if you miss the live energy or want to revisit a specific meditation, it is there for you to practice again at your own pace.

Why Online Kundalini Works

Many of us feel overwhelmed by the constant digital noise. Through these online classes, we use the technology of Kundalini yoga to switch off that external chaos and tune into your internal frequency. We start by tuning in with the Adi Mantra to create a sacred space, even if you are joining from your living room.

The practice combines active movement with breathwork—what we call kriya—to strengthen your nervous system and balance your glandular system.

What to Expect

Each session is an interactive space. We do not just watch; we practice together. You will be guided through breathwork, mantra chanting, and deep meditation. These are not just classes; they are a sangat—a community—coming together to raise our collective vibration. You do not need a fancy studio or prior experience. All you need is a quiet corner, a comfortable seat, and the willingness to show up for yourself.

Practical Details

Sessions run between 75 to 90 minutes. I open the floor for a Q&A after the practice because your questions matter—they are part of the journey. If you cannot make the live session, you will have access to the recording for 24–48 hours to practice whenever you feel the need to re-center.
