If you join us at our Pushpanjali Farms studio, you will practice in a glass-walled yogashala surrounded by greenery. We provide all the sanitized mats, blocks, and bolsters you need, and we always wrap up our sessions with herbal tea. It is a space purposefully designed to help you drop the city noise and just breathe.

How We Practice

In my online classes, we use technology to bridge the distance, providing a live, interactive experience with recordings available if you cannot make it in real-time. In person at our Pushpanjali Farms studio, we create a deeper, tactile experience with aromatherapy and hands-on guidance.
