About In The Media & Community Talks
It is deeply humbling to see Kundalini yoga reach a wider audience. When I contribute to publications like Harper's Bazaar or join wellness panels in Vasant Vihar, my focus remains on one thing: making these ancient techniques feel like practical tools for your daily life. It is never about theory. It is about simple breathwork and mantra practices that you can use right now to regulate your nervous system when the world feels loud.
My goal with every talk and feature is to demystify the practice. Many people assume Kundalini requires a specific lifestyle or intense physical ability, but that is not the case. During sessions like the one held at Udana Wellness, I focus on preventive care, showing how we can use conscious breathing and intention setting to manage stress before it becomes a burden.
These media features, including my work with Harper's Bazaar, allow me to connect with people who are feeling scattered or overwhelmed. They are an extension of the Sangat, our community. Whether we are discussing yoga on a public stage or practicing a kriya in a private studio, the intention is to create a space where you can drop your guard, reconnect with your prana (life force), and show up as you are.
If you are curious about how these techniques work, I invite you to explore the practice yourself. You do not need experience. You only need a willingness to pause and breathe. We cover everything from the mechanics of pranayama to the emotional release that comes with consistent practice. These discussions are just the beginning of a conversation I hope to have with you on the mat.
