Discover how breathwork, mantra, and movement can help you release daily stress and reconnect with your inner strength. No prior experience is required to begin.

One breath can shift your energy. One chant can change your frequency. This practice is the path, and we walk it with grace to see the power that is already within us.

Anulom Vilom, or alternate nostril breathing, is a technique for the body and the soul. This video demonstrates this simple practice that helps balance your inner energy and calm the mind.

Om is the original universal sound, the beginning and the end. It is the reality that symbolizes what has been, what is, and what will be.

What does "Om Shanti Shanti Shanti" mean? This post begins to explain the meaning behind one of the most basic and peaceful mantras in the Vedas.

Chanting a Shanti mantra is known to invoke peace and tranquility in one's soul across many traditions. Here we explore what each Sanskrit word means.

In Buddhism, "shanti" means the peace one finds in their soul, not outside their body. It is a state of inner harmony and control over our responses.

Getting started with Kundalini Yoga. This graphic provides simple tips: wear comfortable white clothing, start with a short practice, and focus on your breath.

What is Kundalini Yoga? It's a dynamic blend of postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mantra designed to awaken the energy at the base of the spine.

A simple, powerful message: If you're trying, you're succeeding. The journey of yoga is about showing up and doing your best, not about perfection.

About The Path of Kundalini Yoga

We begin every session by tuning in with the Adi Mantra to ground our minds before we move. Whether you join me at our Pushpanjali Farms studio in New Delhi or connect via Zoom, there is no pressure to master complex poses. The goal is simple, to use breathwork and kriya to clear out stuck energy and feel lighter.

Kundalini yoga is often misunderstood as a performance, but it is actually a practice of internal adjustment. You do not need to be flexible or have a background in fitness to participate. We use a combination of postures, breathing techniques, and mantra chanting to stimulate the nervous system and build vitality.

Why Practice with Us

My approach is to hold space for the Sangat, our community. Life can feel like an ocean of obstacles, and these techniques are designed to help you navigate that turbulence with grace. In our weekly sessions, we explore how specific kriyas affect your mood, clarity, and physical well-being. By focusing on your breath and listening to your body, you learn to manage stress response rather than just reacting to it.

What to Expect

If you attend in person at our New Delhi studio, you will find a quiet, climate-controlled space with mats and props provided. We usually end sessions with savasana and deep relaxation to let the practice settle. For those joining online, I make sure the recordings are available so you can revisit the breathwork or meditation at your own pace. Whether we are practicing during a full moon or a regular weekday, the core objective remains the same, to help you feel more at home in your own skin.
