About Collaborative Workshops: Deepening the Practice

When we invite guest facilitators to our Pushpanjali Farms studio, the intention is to shift the energy in a way that our weekly classes cannot. These sessions combine our foundation in Kundalini yoga with external modalities like art therapy or sound healing. It is about creating a safe space where you can drop your guard, use new tools to process emotions, and connect with fellow seekers in the Sangat.
