About Spiritual Retreats
Why I Host Spiritual Retreats
Satnam ji. Sometimes life feels like an agan sagar budh sansara (big ocean full of obstacles), and honestly, I get it. I started Kundalini yoga when I was lost in the noise myself. That’s why these retreats aren’t just a break—they’re a holiday for your mind and soul. It’s about finding quiet inside, not running away from life.
What Happens on Retreat
Every journey is different, but some things always stay the same:
- Kundalini Yoga to spark real change in you
- Guided and solo meditation to slow down and clear the mind
- Pranayama (breathwork) - gets the stuck energy moving, balances you out
- Sound healing like gong baths and group chanting
- Nature therapy: walks, hikes, meals by rivers - all to help you settle
Where We Go
I pick places that feel sacred, both in India and outside:
- Himalayan retreats in Leh, Ladakh, Bhutan: sunrise yoga, monastery visits, and a lot of peace
- Rajasthan and Al-Ula desert journeys for deep transformation, stargazing, and ancient rituals
- Kerala and Sri Lanka for healing sanctuaries - mixing Kundalini and Ayurveda, good food, and time to actually rest
Our Sangat (Spiritual Community)
We keep the group small so everyone feels safe and seen. You get real connection, a chance to share and heal together. My job is to hold space; your job is just to show up and let things unfold. Everything is under hukam (divine will).
If you’re looking for Kundalini awakening journeys or nature-based spiritual retreats in sacred healing locations, this could be for you.

My Story
Satnam ji. There was a time, I was just lost, proper stuck type. Kundalini yoga came in - breath, movement, mantra - and slowly, I started feeling lighter, more me. Watching my own kids glued to screens, I thought, yaar, where’s the joy of just being? That’s why Ajna Yoga happened. It’s not just teaching, it’s holding space for anyone who wants to breathe, disconnect, and find their own strength. Waheguru.
My Work
What we offer - Weekly Kundalini yoga for beginners, online classes, full moon yoga workshop, transformative yoga retreats in Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Sri Lanka, and creative meditation for kids.
Who can join? - Anyone feeling tired, scattered, or just wanting to reconnect. No experience needed, just show up as you are.
How we do it - We mix kriya, breathwork, and mantras for chakra balancing breathwork. Release what’s heavy, steady the nerves, and feel lighter.
Our goal - To build a sangat (spiritual community) where you can drop your old baggage and see what’s possible. The power’s already in you.
