About Our Delhi Yogashala: Weekly Classes & Workshops

You’ll find a light-filled sanctuary at our Pushpanjali Farms studio, where we provide all the props—sanitized mats, bolsters, and blocks—so you can simply show up as you are. Each 90-minute session concludes with herbal tea and open conversation, giving the Sangat time to ground the energy of the practice before returning to your day.

Kundalini yoga is a technology of consciousness designed to work with your nervous system and glandular health. At our New Delhi studio, we focus on Kriya—a specific sequence of postures, breathwork, and sound—to help you move through mental blocks and physical fatigue. Whether you are battling the stress of city life or looking for a deeper spiritual connection, these classes offer a structured pathway to release old patterns.

Each session begins with the Adi Mantra to center ourselves, followed by a practice tailored to the group's current needs. We emphasize the integration of breath and movement, often working with specific mantras to quiet the mind. You do not need to be flexible or have prior yoga experience to join. We prioritize building a Sangat, a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and free to explore their practice at their own pace.

It is a dedicated space to disconnect from digital noise and reconnect with your inner strength. Because we keep our groups intimate, you receive personal attention, ensuring you can safely navigate even the more intense Kriya sequences.
