About Kids' Yoga & Mindfulness Workshops
Why I Do This
Satnam ji. I started these workshops because I see how easy it is for kids to get lost in screens, stress, and city life. Here, I offer kids a chance to just be - no gadgets, no pressure, just their own fun and imagination. It’s like a mini break for their souls.
What Kids Actually Do Here
- Playful yoga (nothing fancy, just moving, stretching, and giggling)
- Easy breathwork to help them chill out and focus
- Storytelling and little meditations to spark their imagination
- Lots of art - painting, messy hands, and proud smiles when they see what they made
Everything is hands-on and designed to be a screen-free kids activity. I don’t expect them to sit still or be “perfect” – they just show up as they are.
Details That Matter
- Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours, usually on weekends and holidays
- All art stuff is provided – bus koi apni energy le aao (just bring your energy)
- Kids take home whatever they create (sometimes with a surprise or two)
- Siblings and friends are always welcome - group energy is the best
What I Hope For
My only aim: let kids reconnect with themselves through mindful movement for kids and creativity. Every child brings their own magic, and I feel lucky just to watch that unfold.

My Story
Satnam ji. There was a time, I was just lost, proper stuck type. Kundalini yoga came in - breath, movement, mantra - and slowly, I started feeling lighter, more me. Watching my own kids glued to screens, I thought, yaar, where’s the joy of just being? That’s why Ajna Yoga happened. It’s not just teaching, it’s holding space for anyone who wants to breathe, disconnect, and find their own strength. Waheguru.
My Work
What we offer - Weekly Kundalini yoga for beginners, online classes, full moon yoga workshop, transformative yoga retreats in Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Sri Lanka, and creative meditation for kids.
Who can join? - Anyone feeling tired, scattered, or just wanting to reconnect. No experience needed, just show up as you are.
How we do it - We mix kriya, breathwork, and mantras for chakra balancing breathwork. Release what’s heavy, steady the nerves, and feel lighter.
Our goal - To build a sangat (spiritual community) where you can drop your old baggage and see what’s possible. The power’s already in you.
