About The Practice: Yoga, Breath & Movement
My sessions are designed for those looking to build a sustainable practice, not just 'perfect' poses. Whether we are practicing Hatha flow or working with breath, I always offer modifications and focus on how the practice feels in your body. It is less about achieving a shape and more about the shift in energy—from the noise of the day to the stillness within.
My Approach to Practice
I believe yoga should be an honest conversation with yourself. My sessions are rooted in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, but I integrate traditional elements—like Vyayam for strength and Shatkriyas for purification—to provide a truly holistic experience. We don't just move; we align.
What You Will Learn
- Mindful Alignment: I focus on the 'how' rather than the 'how deep'. We work with blocks, straps, and hands-on adjustments to ensure your body is safe and supported.
- Pranayama & Kriyas: The breath is our primary tool for managing the mind. We dedicate time to specific breathwork techniques and cleansing practices like Jal Neti to clear energetic channels.
- Integration: We blend movement, philosophy, and stillness. It is about taking the calm you find on the mat and carrying it into your daily life.
Is this for you?
It doesn't matter if you have never stepped on a mat or if you have been practicing for years. I hold space for those who want to deepen their understanding of their own body and mind. If you are feeling scattered, stressed, or simply looking for a real start, you are welcome here. We keep the ego out of the room so you can focus on your own rhythm.
