Our Retreat Sanctuaries: Rishikesh & The Himalayas
My retreats are hosted in serene sanctuaries nestled in nature, from the banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh to the peaceful valleys of the Himalayas. These spaces are chosen for their tranquil energy, offering comfortable stays and beautiful surroundings that support deep rest and reconnection.
The Practice: Yoga, Breath & Movement
Each day, we dive into practices that align the body, mind, and spirit. My sessions blend Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with a focus on mindful alignment, pranayama (breathwork), and cleansing kriyas, with modifications offered for all levels.
Sacred Rituals & Chanting
Rituals are a core part of our journey, helping us connect to a deeper sense of purpose and devotion. We engage in ancient practices like fire ceremonies (havan), cacao ceremonies, mantra chanting (japa and kirtan), and creating earth altars together.
Adventures in Nature
I believe nature is a powerful healer, so we spend plenty of time immersed in it. Our retreats include guided hikes to waterfalls and sunset viewpoints, meditative walks, and refreshing dips in the holy Ganga.
The Sangha: Community & Connection
One of the most beautiful outcomes of these retreats is the 'sangha' or community that we build. Through sharing circles, group meals, and shared experiences, we create a supportive space where you can connect authentically and feel you are not alone.
