Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Flows in Bengaluru
Join me for a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga that prioritizes your breath and alignment over perfect poses. Whether you are starting fresh or deepening your practice, we move at a pace that helps you find calm and energy.
A short Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) sequence to greet the day. This is a foundational Vinyasa flow that I teach in my classes to warm up the entire body, connecting each movement with an inhale or an exhale.
This clip shows a gentle flow focusing on breathwork. Moving through poses like Upward Salute and Half Forward Fold helps to center the mind and release tension, which is a key focus in all my yoga sessions.
Celebrating International Yoga Day with a Vinyasa flow at home. This sequence includes Downward Dog and a lunge twist, poses we often practice to improve spinal mobility and stretch the hamstrings.
Here is a simple flow I practice at the gym. It includes a mix of poses like Triangle Pose and Gate Pose, showing how you can incorporate yoga stretches anywhere to improve flexibility and balance.
This video shows a simple transition from Triangle Pose to Pyramid Pose. In my classes, I focus on these mindful transitions to ensure you move with control and awareness, which is just as important as holding the pose itself.
An unplanned Vinyasa flow after a gym session. Sometimes the best practice is just moving in a way that feels good for your body, incorporating stretches and inversions to cool down and recenter.
About Yoga Flows: Hatha & Vinyasa
In my online Hatha and Vinyasa sessions, I keep the group size small—between 8 and 15 people—so I can actually see your form and give you real-time verbal corrections. We don't just rush through flows; we spend time on alignment, and you always get access to recordings if life gets busy and you have to miss a class.
How We Practice Together
My classes are built on the idea that yoga is for every body. We use a mix of Hatha for stability and Vinyasa for movement, but the goal is always the same: to help you 'log off' from the chaos and tune into your own breath.
What to expect in a session:
- Small Groups: Because I cap batches at 15 people, you aren't just a face on a screen. I can watch your movement and guide your alignment throughout the hour.
- Real Talk: We don't chase the Instagram-perfect pose here. If you wobble or fall, that is just part of the process. We use props like blocks or simple household items to make sure the practice works for you, not against you.
- Breathwork Focus: Every session includes a dedicated 5-10 minutes for Pranayama and meditation, so you leave feeling mentally clearer, not just physically tired.
Joining a Batch Most of my group students practice 3 times a week (typically Mon/Wed/Fri). These sessions are held live via Zoom or Google Meet. If you are in Bangalore and prefer a hands-on approach, I also offer in-home private sessions in East Bangalore/Whitefield where I can provide tactile adjustments to help you deepen your stretches safely.
