Transformative Yoga & Wellness Retreats
A glimpse into our sanctuary in Rishikesh, where we step away from the noise to realign with our breath, our community, and our true selves.
Ever since I started teaching, I had a vision of creating sanctuaries where people can experience the transformative powers of yoga. For me, a retreat is about slowing down to explore deeper versions of yourself, shifting perspectives, and building a community of like-minded seekers. I am grateful to be a medium in your wellness journey.
A glimpse into our morning asana practice in the beautiful bamboo shala at Oneness, Rishikesh. We start our days by moving together, breathing with the rhythm of the mountains, and preparing our bodies and minds for the journey ahead.
Pure joy and release during a dip in the holy Ganga. This is one of my favorite parts of our Himalayan retreats. The glacial water is a natural therapy that rejuvenates the body and spirit, washing away all that no longer serves us.
Rituals are a powerful way to connect with our intentions. Here is a glimpse of our closing ceremony, where we shared ceremonial cacao to open our hearts and gathered around the fire to release old patterns and welcome new beginnings.
The power of the 'sangha', or community, is at the heart of my retreats. These sharing circles are safe spaces to speak our truth, listen with compassion, and realize we are all connected on this journey.
"I'm just leaving with a higher mindset." It fills my heart to hear about the inner shifts that happen on these retreats. Here, Maryada shares her experience, from the inner work to the highlight of her Ganga dip.
A quiet moment of meditation and connection with myself. My own practice is the wellspring from which I teach, and my goal is to guide you back to this same place of inner peace and stillness that resides within you.
Letting go of structure and surrendering to the music. Our free-flow movement and dance sessions are about releasing stuck emotions, rediscovering your inner rhythm, and experiencing the pure, unfiltered joy of movement without judgment.
About Featured
These images capture the essence of what I call 'realignment'—a shift from the daily hustle to the stillness of our Rishikesh retreats. We combine traditional Hatha and Ashtanga asana practice with Vedic rituals like havan and cacao ceremonies to ensure you leave not just rested, but deeply centered. Every session, from our morning flows to our evening circles, is crafted with modifications to honour where you are in your practice today.
Beyond the Mat
My retreats are designed for those seeking more than just a vacation. I focus on creating a space where the physical practice of yoga integrates seamlessly with the wisdom of Ayurveda and the healing power of nature. When we practice in the mountains, the environment itself becomes a teacher, helping us ground our energy and find clarity.
What You Will Experience
- Daily Practice: Two extended sessions per day covering Hatha, Ashtanga, and restorative flows, tailored to all levels.
- Sacred Rituals: We engage in ancient practices including cacao ceremonies, fire rituals (havan), and sound healing to help release stuck emotions.
- Mindfulness in Nature: From guided pranayama by the river to sunset hikes and refreshing dips in the Ganga, we use nature as a tool for rejuvenation.
- Community (Sangha): The core of these retreats is the shared experience. Through sharing circles and communal meals, you will connect with a tribe of like-minded seekers, ensuring you feel supported throughout your journey.
