About My Personal Journey & Practice

My practice is not about achieving the perfect pose. It is about the evolution of my perspective. Whether I am on a beach or at home in Gurgaon, I approach the mat to heal and reconnect, not to perform. This is my space to work through emotions and find the balance that allows me to show up as a teacher.
