A classic Surya Namaskar B sequence, practiced outdoors under a clear blue sky. This fundamental flow warms up the entire body, linking breath to movement as we move through poses like Chair Pose, Chaturanga, and Upward-Facing Dog.

This is a creative Vinyasa flow that moves through various warrior poses and lunges. Practicing in a garden setting adds an element of joy and connection to the earth as we flow.

This video demonstrates a finishing sequence from the Ashtanga practice. It includes key inversions and backbends like Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), Halasana (Plow Pose), and Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) to calm the nervous system.
