Yoga Asana, Flow & Breathwork Sessions
Discover a practice that balances strength, alignment, and breath. From dynamic Sun Salutations to calming Pranayama, we move with intention.
A classic Surya Namaskar B sequence, practiced outdoors under a clear blue sky. This fundamental flow warms up the entire body, linking breath to movement as we move through poses like Chair Pose, Chaturanga, and Upward-Facing Dog.
This is a creative Vinyasa flow that moves through various warrior poses and lunges. Practicing in a garden setting adds an element of joy and connection to the earth as we flow.
This video demonstrates a finishing sequence from the Ashtanga practice. It includes key inversions and backbends like Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand), Halasana (Plow Pose), and Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) to calm the nervous system.
A demonstration of a supported headstand, or Sirsasana, in a beautiful garden. This inversion is known as the king of asanas for its many benefits, including improving circulation and focus.
The journey into Natarajasana, the Lord of the Dance Pose, is a beautiful exploration of balance. This sequence, filmed by the sea, shows the steps to build the stability and openness required for this challenging pose.
Finding a state of flow with a twisting and binding sequence. This video shows the transition from Downward Dog into a bound side angle pose, a deep stretch that detoxifies the body and improves flexibility.
Bakasana, or Crow Pose, is an arm balance that teaches us about stability and trust. Here, I'm practicing in a garden, using the focus and strength built through consistent practice to find a moment of flight.
A variation of Tiger Pose, this deep stretch opens the hips and spine. Practicing in a garden surrounded by flowers reminds us that yoga can be done anywhere, not just on the mat.
This is Nadi Shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, a powerful pranayama technique. Practiced in a seated Lotus Pose, it helps to calm the mind, balance the hemispheres of the brain, and reduce stress.
A classic Surya Namaskar A sequence practiced in a serene forest clearing. This foundational Vinyasa flow is the perfect way to start any practice, synchronizing breath with movement to build internal heat.
About The Yoga Practice: Asana, Flow & Breathwork
Props are a big part of how I teach. If you see me using blocks or straps in these images, it’s not because I’m struggling, but because I’m using them to find better alignment and protect my joints. In my classes, we use props to make every pose accessible, ensuring you can build strength safely at your own pace.
Whether you are working a demanding desk job or looking to advance your existing practice, my approach is centered on functional strength rather than just flexibility. We don't just chase the perfect pose; we build the stability needed to hold it. My sessions blend Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, moving from the heat of dynamic Sun Salutations to the quiet focus of Pranayama (breathwork).
By integrating variations and modifications, I ensure you can find your own rhythm, regardless of your experience level. We focus heavily on muscle awareness and proper alignment, which prevents injury and helps you get more out of every single session. It is about more than just physical movement; it is about the connection between your mind and body. We integrate moments of meditation to help you de-stress and stay centered, even after you leave the mat. If you are looking for a practice that helps you grow stable from the inside out, these sessions are for you.
