About Mindfulness & Pranayama Programs
Why I Do This
I turned to the breath when everything else felt too much. What started as a way to manage my own stress and overthinking, slowly became the anchor I return to every day. Now, I share what worked for me, hoping it helps others find that same sense of steadiness.
Who This Is For
- If your mind jumps from one thing to the next and you just want a break
- If meditation feels too complicated or you never know if you’re “doing it right”
- If you want a real, practical way to make your days a bit calmer
- Anyone curious about a 21-day mindfulness challenge but doesn't want anything fancy or intimidating
What To Expect
- We go deep into pranayama (conscious breathwork), but I keep it simple and explain everything as we go
- We add in guided meditation, but there’s zero pressure to “empty your mind”
- Sometimes we’ll use mantra or chanting (japa) - don’t worry, you don’t have to sing unless you want to!
- It’s all online, live three days a week, and there are recordings if you miss a session. You’ll get some days off to try things on your own - this helps build daily mindfulness habits that actually stick
- There’s a small, supportive community (our sangha). Everyone feels a bit lost sometimes, so you’re not alone
The Real Goal
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about learning to listen to yourself, finding a little more stillness, and maybe sleeping better. I can’t promise magic, but I can promise it’s real and honest.
Chalo, saath mein shuru karte hain (Let’s start together).

My Story
Hi, I’m Aishwarya. I used to run the corporate race, but something always felt off. Yoga, Ayurveda, rituals—grew up with all that, but ignored it till I needed real healing. Took a leap, left my old life, and found my calling as a yoga teacher. Now, I care less about perfect poses, more about honest connection. Grateful for this path, for my Guru’s blessings. Hari Om!
My Work
