In addition to our planned activities, the valley offers a wealth of other healing modalities, including pottery, sauna, sound baths, and art classes, which you are free to explore.
Our mountain retreat will feature daily yoga classes, including Asana (Hatha, Ashtanga), Pranayama, Kriya, and Chanting, led by experienced teachers.

If you are worried about committing to a full ten day schedule, please do not be. I keep the retreat durations flexible so you can join for the specific dates that fit your availability, or even just drop in for individual workshops if you are nearby. My goal is to help you find a sustainable rhythm in your practice, not to add more stress to your calendar.
My retreats are not about perfect poses or checking off tourist spots. They are about coming back to yourself through the support of the Himalayas and the energy of a like-minded community. Whether we are in Rishikesh at a wilderness resort or tucked away in the mountain valleys, the focus remains on honest, grounded movement.
What You Will Experience
Every journey includes a blend of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, paired with Pranayama (breathwork) and Yoga Nidra to help you decompress. I host these in serene spaces where we can practice outdoors, often by a river or in the forest, so nature becomes part of the lesson.
Beyond the Mat
I believe wellness is holistic. This is why our itineraries go beyond asanas. We engage in rituals like Havan (Vedic fire ceremonies) to set intentions, sound healing sessions to soothe the nervous system, and art therapy to help unlock emotions that words often cannot reach. We eat simple, satvic vegetarian meals focused on gut health, often featuring millet bowls and seasonal vegetables sourced locally.
Why Join?
These retreats are designed for anyone feeling scattered or burnt out. You do not need to be an expert yogi to join us. I offer modifications for every practice so you can work at your own level.
