A Typical Day
Your time with us follows a rhythm meant to restore you. You can expect 90 minutes of traditional Hatha yoga in the morning to energize the body, followed by nature walks or local excursions. Evenings are dedicated to quieter practices like Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, or Satsang, helping you integrate the day’s learning before settling into a nourishing meal.

We are Preeti and Anushka, a mother-daughter duo who believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or experience. We teach from the heart, mixing traditional Sivananda Hatha with new vibes to help you find your ānanda again.
