Yoga Retreats and Guided Wellness Sessions
Join me for a blend of quiet practice and mindful travel. Whether we are by the Ganga, in the mountains of Ladakh, or at my studio in Sahakarnagar, the focus remains on alignment, breath, and finding stillness together.
A moment of pure connection between practice and nature. This is what my retreats are about: finding serenity in beautiful, living places and letting the world become our yoga mat.
Yoga is often a personal journey, but it is powerful when shared. On my retreats, we support each other, practice together, and build a community against the backdrop of the world's most stunning landscapes, like these mountains in Nepal.
Our retreats are more than just yoga; they are an adventure for the soul. We trek through breathtaking trails, like these in Nepal, allowing every step to be a mindful part of our journey inward.
Finding stillness in sacred spaces. Here, I am practicing a balancing asana in front of an ancient temple, drawing energy from the history and spirituality of the place. My retreats often include visits to such culturally rich sites.
This September, I invite you to find your stillness in Ladakh. This is a glimpse into the transformative experience we will share, a journey to reconnect with your potential amidst majestic mountains and tranquil rivers.
An outdoor shala with a view of the Himalayas. During our Nepal retreat, we start our mornings with asana and pranayama, with the mountains as our witness. All levels are welcome to join and deepen their practice.
Celebrating International Yoga Day at the beautiful Misty Lake. Practicing together in nature amplifies the experience, connecting us to the earth, the sky, and each other. These local events are a wonderful way to experience our community.
Namaste. I believe in teaching with clarity and care. In this video, I introduce my "100 Asanas in 100 Days" online series, which is a great way to begin or deepen your yoga journey with me, wherever you are.
About Featured
Most of these retreats are designed for all experience levels, but please note that our high-altitude journeys to Ladakh or Nepal require a basic level of fitness to handle the trekking. If you have any specific concerns about your practice or physical health, send me a message before booking so we can discuss the best way to support your needs.
A Journey of Alignment and Stillness
Yoga is a practice of consistency. My approach, whether we are in a studio in Bengaluru or on the banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh, is to prioritize correct posture and alignment. By focusing on these foundations, we can prevent injury and ensure that the practice serves the body rather than straining it.
Retreats and Locations
My retreats are built around the idea that nature acts as a catalyst for deeper internal work. We select locations specifically for their energy:
- Rishikesh: A deep dive into traditional Sadhana, pranayama, and meditation by the river.
- Ladakh: A high-altitude environment where the silence of the mountains helps quiet the mind.
- Nepal: Trekking combined with daily asana practice to build strength and endurance.
What to Expect
Every session, regardless of the location, follows a structured rhythm. Mornings usually start with pranayama and meditation to set the intent for the day. Midday sessions are dedicated to technique correction, where we break down difficult poses to make them accessible. Evenings are reserved for reflection, chanting, or restorative Yin yoga to help the body recover from the day of trekking or active flow. If you are joining my online 100-day series, expect the same level of granular detail on movement and breath control as you would receive in a live class.
