My Approach to Retreats
We show up as we are. Whether you are a beginner rolling out a mat for the first time or a long-time practitioner, these experiences are designed to hold space for you. I blend travel with yoga, grounding our practice in the five elements and the rhythm of nature. We move away from the pressure of studio perfection and into the freedom of movement under the open sky.
Where We Go
- The Himalayas and Rishikesh: Here, we focus on grounding. We connect with the river's energy and the vastness of the mountains. It is quiet, raw, and perfect for those needing a deep detox from digital life.
- Bali: My Bali retreats are about rejuvenation. We mix sunrise Vinyasa flows with the healing sound of the ocean and local cultural rituals. It is immersive, social, and deeply restorative.
