Integrated Group Classes
Schedule
- Classes held Monday to Friday (5 days per week).
- 60 minute duration per session.
- Fixed morning or evening batch slots.
Workout & Equipment
- Strength: Use of Hex Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and standard barbells for compound movements.
- Functional: Wall-mounted TRX straps, aerobic steppers, and medicine balls.
- Traditional: Indian strength practices including Mudgar (clubs) and Hanuman Dand.
- Cardio: Bodyweight conditioning and Animal Flow performed on yoga mats (no treadmills).
Recovery & Environment
- Sessions conclude with Pranayama (breathing) and Shavasana.
- Shared training floor with split AC cooling.
- General supervision in a group size of 10 to 15 students.
1-on-1 Personal Training
Structure
- 12 dedicated sessions per month (approx. 3 days per week).
- 100% undivided attention from the Head Trainer or Senior Coach.
Customization & Safety
- Goal specific programming for hypertrophy, powerlifting basics, or rapid weight loss.
- Hands-on spotting for heavy barbell lifts (essential on tiled flooring).
- Advanced skill training for Handstands, Pincha Mayurasana, and complex Animal Flow.
Nutrition & Tracking
- Personalized diet chart tailored to individual metabolic type (Tridosha).
- Regular body composition check-ins and progress photo tracking.
- WhatsApp support for diet adherence on non-training days.
