About Group Yoga Classes (In-Studio & Online)
Yoga isn’t about how flexible you are or looking perfect in a pose. I see it as a way to show up for yourself, even when you’d rather stay in bed. Some days you’ll nail it, other days it’s a struggle - that’s normal, and honestly, it’s where the real growth happens.
What Makes My Classes Different
- I keep group sizes small, both in the studio and online. You’ll never feel lost in a crowd.
- My instruction is hands-on (literally, in-studio) and detailed. I’ll explain the reason behind every movement so you really get it.
- Alignment and safety matter to me. I’ll call out tweaks and help you use props if you need them.
- Classes are a mix of movement and stillness, strength and breath. Not just a workout, but a reset for both body and mind.
In-Studio & Online: Your Choice
- You can join our quiet Kalyannagar studio or log in from anywhere for a live, interactive online yoga class.
- The vibe is the same: real guidance, a small group yoga community, and a space where you can actually ask questions.
For Every Body & Every Goal
- I teach hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga, using props and drills to build mobility and strength.
- Breathwork and meditation are baked in, no matter your level.
- I work with all ages, all bodies, and all backgrounds. If you’re new, stiff, or have health stuff going on, you’re still welcome.
Here, yoga is for all levels and everyone gets a seat at the table.

My Story
We kicked off Absolute Yoga in 2017, just wanting a space where anyone could walk in and feel at home. I’ve seen all sides of yoga - old-school ashram vibes, city studios, you name it. Here, it’s not about perfect poses or showing off. Some days you’re strong, other days you’re just breathing through it. That’s the real deal. We’re now 800+ strong, with a big new studio for aerial yoga, but the heart stays the same: it’s about you and your journey, no frills.
My Work
Yoga Classes & Workshops - We offer in-person, online, and special workshops—Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, aerial yoga classes, prenatal yoga sessions, and more.
Personal Guidance - Small group yoga sessions so we can actually see you, correct your form, and suggest changes that fit your body.
Yoga for Every Body - Props like blocks, straps, chairs—yoga with props makes it work for everyone, no matter your level or flexibility.
Yoga for Real Life - It’s not about being flexible or fit. Yoga for beginners and regulars, focused on consistency, not just motivation.
