About Specialty Workouts: Hot Yoga & Mudgar
For those looking to switch up their routine, our Saturday Infrared Hot Yoga sessions aren't just about the sweat; the heat provides a deep release that standard studios cannot replicate. If you prefer building functional strength, our Mudgar classes—the only ones currently available in South Bangalore—use traditional wooden clubs to engage muscles you often miss in standard mat work. Both styles are beginner-friendly, so you do not need to be an expert to drop in and see how they feel for your body.

Our Hot Yoga isn't about being in a sauna for the sake of it. We use infrared heating, which penetrates deeper into the muscles to help them soften and open up safely.
