Monthly Unlimited Access
Access & Schedule
- Monday to Friday access with slots ranging from 05:30 AM to 08:30 PM.
- Hybrid flexibility to attend classes physically at Rajajinagar or live via Zoom.
- Open batch switching allowing morning attendance one day and evening the next.
Studio & Equipment
- Air-conditioned studio with wooden-finish flooring and full-length correction mirrors.
- Full access to studio props including PVC mats, bricks, belts, bolsters, and yoga wheels.
Session Details
- 60-minute instructor-led sessions with manual posture adjustments.
- Curriculum covers Gentle, Dynamic, Power, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
- Sessions include Pranayama (breathing), Sanskrit chanting, and meditation.

Single Drop-in Class
Class Details
- Single 60-minute group session valid for any scheduled Morning or Evening batch.
- Includes 5-10 minute pre-class health assessment to identify injuries or stiffness.

- Full participation in Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation routines with hands-on correction.

Why I Teach Yoga in Groups
Yoga’s more than just stretching. I believe it’s about building a strong mind and spirit, not just a flexible body. Our focus at Pradipika Institute of Yoga is on “Yoga for Self and Society” - learning together so we can do better for ourselves and others. Since 2010, I’ve seen folks from all walks of life join our yoga family and grow.
What My Group Classes Are Like
Classes aren’t just about asanas. I blend posture, pranayama, meditation, and cleansing practices. I also talk about yogic food habits. Real discipline, I feel, brings freedom from health hassles and suffering.
Whether you’re a total newbie, somewhere in between, or want a challenge, there’s a spot for you. I run gentle beginner sessions, dynamic group yoga workouts, and tough power yoga for advanced folks. Ashtanga Vinyasa is there too if you want a sweaty, energetic class.
What You Learn Here
You’ll get step-by-step help, corrections, and personal tips from certified instructors. We use props like belts and blocks, and you’ll learn breathing and cleansing to manage everyday issues. Guided meditation sessions help you unwind and focus.
Flexible Ways to Join In
Classes happen at our Rajajinagar studio or as interactive online yoga classes - all live. Timing’s pretty flexible, with batches morning to evening, seven days a week.

Namaskara! We’re Pradipika family, rooted in Rajajinagar since 2010. Our space is all about real yoga, not just stretching – it’s finding that quiet spot inside you. We’re more like a family, celebrating Surya Homa, kids camps, and watching folks from 7 to 70 grow strong. We’ve shared our energy at universities, big companies, and with anyone who walks in. Yoga is for all, discipline is freedom. Come join our family, let’s find that peace together.
My Work
Yoga Classes for All Levels - We teach Gentle yoga for seniors, Dynamic, Power, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Yoga Therapy for health issues.
Kids Summer Yoga Camp - Fun camps for kids, mixing yoga, games, and learning – helps build confidence and leaders for tomorrow.
Holistic Approach - Each class blends postures, breathwork, meditation, and cleansing. Our teachers are certified and really know their stuff.
Community & Festivals - It’s not just yoga – we do treks, bhakti kirtans, and celebrate festivals together. Wellness is a group journey.
Online or In-Studio - Join us in Rajajinagar or online – we have 500+ students worldwide. Yoga therapy for diabetes and women’s wellness workshops available too.
