Mostly, we host these in Varkala, Kerala. Picture golden cliffs, the sea, and salty air. Sometimes, we go international - like Sri Lanka - with equally chill, beautiful vibes.

What a Day Looks Like
Sunrise yoga, fun stuff like aerial or laughter yoga, deep Yin or Nidra, breathwork, sound healing, and even ice baths. We eat local, healthy food together and end up sharing stories and laughs.

We’ve been on this yoga journey for 12 years now, starting in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and now soaking in the Varkala sea breeze. Yoga for us isn’t about being perfect – it’s about real people, wobbly poses, laughter, and those quiet moments that sneak up on you.
