About Yoga for All Ages: From Tiny Yogis to Golden Agers
We keep our classes small so everyone gets individual attention. Our Tiny Yogis sessions use games and animal imitations to build motor skills, while our senior classes swap complex inversions for chair-supported movements and props, ensuring safety and mobility remain the absolute priority.
Yoga at Aayana is not about achieving the perfect pose or looking a certain way. It is about how you feel when you step off the mat. We have spent 12 years building a community in Jayanagar that feels less like a gym and more like a second home.
For the Tiny Yogis (Ages 8+)
We know that children learn best through play. Our Tuesday and Thursday sessions are designed to channel their energy into focus. We incorporate storytelling, interactive games, and low-hanging aerial hammocks to help kids develop balance, strength, and vestibular orientation without it ever feeling like a chore.
For Our Golden Agers
Our senior yoga classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with online options on Tuesdays. We prioritize joint health, stability, and ease of movement. We use chairs, blocks, and straps to make yoga accessible regardless of your current mobility. It is about maintaining your independence and staying active in a way that respects your body's limits.
Our Space
Located in Jayanagar 5th Block, our studio offers natural ventilation and shock-absorbing wooden flooring, which is much kinder to your joints than standard concrete. We focus on consistency and connection. Whether you are coming in for a weekly session or joining our Friday bhajans, you are part of a rhythm that values laughter, authentic movement, and mutual support.
