Step out of the studio and breathe. Whether it is a weekend park session in Delhi and Noida or a peaceful retreat in the hills of Rishikesh, let us reconnect with nature together.

Morning stretches at our Rishikesh yoga retreat. We start our day by saluting the sun and soaking in the peaceful energy of the Himalayas.

About Outdoor Yoga & Retreats

Practicing on grass or uneven mountain terrain is not the same as a studio floor. It forces your stabilizer muscles to work harder, improving your balance and focus naturally. Do not worry about the elements, though. We ensure our spots are shaded and quiet, so you can actually find that inner calm instead of fighting the environment.

Why Take Your Practice Outside?

Yoga is about connecting with yourself, and there is no better space for that than nature. In the studio, we focus on alignment and structure. Outdoors, we focus on grounding. When you practice on a park lawn in Noida or a mountain meadow in Rishikesh, your senses open up. You hear the birds, feel the breeze, and realize that your practice is not confined to a mat.

Our Park Sessions in Delhi NCR

These are consistent, community-driven classes. We meet in local parks across Delhi and Noida to practice Hatha and general fitness sequences. The ground might be slightly uneven, which is exactly why we do it—it builds strength in your ankles and core that a flat gym floor cannot replicate. It is a casual, no-pressure environment where beginner and advanced students learn to move together.

Yoga Retreats in Rishikesh

For those who need a real break from the city, our Rishikesh retreats are about hitting the reset button. We start our mornings with Surya Namaskar as the sun rises over the Himalayas, followed by Pranayama and meditation. The air is clean, the quiet is profound, and the focus is entirely on your internal journey. We stay in comfortable cottages and eat simple, satvik food. It is not a luxury holiday; it is a space to detach from the digital world and find clarity.

What You Need to Know

  • Gear: Bring your own mat if you have one, though we keep extras. Wear comfortable, breathable layers.
  • Flexibility: Outdoor yoga is subject to weather. If it rains or gets too hot, we shift to a backup schedule.
  • Mindset: Come with an open mind. Leave your expectations of 'perfect' poses at the gate. We are here to enjoy the movement and the company.

Main Pankaj. I believe yoga happens best when you can breathe freely, away from four walls. Whether we are in a park in Noida or at the ghats in Rishikesh, my focus is always on making you feel at home in your own body.
