About Yoga in the Park: Outdoor Sessions

We don't just move on a mat here. Our park sessions are specifically timed for the early morning light to help with natural energy levels, and we use the uneven ground to challenge your stabilizer muscles in ways a flat studio floor cannot. You only need to bring your own mat, but we bring the necessary blocks and straps so you can practice your alignment safely on the grass.

Why take your practice outdoors? There is a distinct difference in the quality of your breathwork when you move from an air-conditioned studio to an open park environment. Our weekend sessions in Rohini and across Delhi NCR focus on Pranayama and asana flows that utilize the natural terrain to improve your balance and core stability.

We keep these sessions grounded in the traditional Hatha and Iyengar styles. You won't find loud music or complex setups here. Instead, you get the authentic 'Soham' meditation—breathing in 'So' and breathing out 'Hum'—while surrounded by the stillness of nature. This is about reconnecting with the earth beneath you, helping to calm a racing mind, and building physical strength without the confinement of four walls.

Whether you are working on a tricky inversion or just starting with basic sun salutations, the open air adds a level of mindfulness that you cannot replicate indoors. Our community members love these mornings because they start the day feeling recharged, not just exercised. If you are worried about the weather or specific joint issues, speak to us before you join.
