This moment captures a large group practicing pranayama, or yogic breathing, together in an outdoor setting. Teaching children and adults to connect with their breath is a fundamental part of my teaching, as it is the bridge between the body and the mind.

The simple act of chanting Om can create powerful positive vibrations and bring the mind to a state of calm. This video shows students of all ages engaged in a meditative chant during one of my studio sessions. It is a practice that helps improve concentration and fosters a peaceful group environment.
