Fun & Focus in the Studio
My studio is a safe and supportive space where children learn through playful exploration. These offline classes combine classic asanas with creative movement, helping kids improve focus, coordination, and self-confidence without the pressure of perfection.
Developing Strength & Body Awareness
Through guided practice, I help children build impressive physical skills. This section highlights advanced postures like inversions and deep backbends, which develop core strength, improve posture, and enhance overall body awareness and control.
Calm Minds, Happy Hearts
Yoga for children is more than just physical exercise; it is a tool for emotional balance. In my classes, we practice simple breathing exercises (pranayama) and Om chanting to help calm the mind, improve focus, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
Community Yoga & Special Events
I believe wellness is a gift to be shared, which is why I organize community events, workshops, and retreats. This includes large outdoor sessions for events like International Yoga Day and special yoga summer camps for children.
