These community sessions are designed to move beyond the isolation of a solo practice. Whether we are meeting in a local park or heading out for a weekend retreat, the collective energy creates a space where it is easier to commit to your wellness goals. If you have been struggling to stay consistent on your own, joining our group events provides the motivation and environment you need to show up for yourself.
Many people find it difficult to maintain a consistent yoga practice because they feel they must do it perfectly or alone. My goal with these community events is to shift that perspective. Yoga is not about performing complex poses; it is about finding your own light, and sometimes, that light is brightest when shared with others.

If you are a beginner, do not worry about the 'advanced' practitioners in the front row. I provide tactile adjustments and guidance to ensure every participant feels safe and included.
