Why I Do This
I started these retreats because I wanted a space where people can actually feel at peace, not just talk about it. Wellness is about more than workouts - it's about real connection with your mind, body, and soul. When you come to a Zingara retreat, you’re not just signing up for a trip. You’re joining a tribe, and together we reset, recharge, and let go of what drags us down.
What You’ll Experience
Each retreat is a 3-day nature-based wellness retreat that mixes adventure with soul work. You’ll get:
- Scenic treks, sunrise hikes, sometimes even paragliding if you’re keen (Bir Billing was wild!)
- Guided nature walks to help you tune in to earth’s vibe
- My signature Spiritual Pilates and Animal Flow sessions (seriously, you’ll feel muscles you never knew existed)
- Yoga and meditation for real calm, not just Insta calm
We dive deep with stuff like sound healing therapy, dance movement therapy, and sacred ceremonies around the fire. People always say they leave feeling lighter and brighter.
The Tribe Vibe
Food is always vegetarian or vegan, proper tasty and nourishing. The stay? We pick beautiful, comfy places like jungle resorts or valley retreats - you’ll actually want to sleep. Community matters to me, so expect soulful hangs, live music, and people who get it.

My Story
Hey, I’m Neha from Zingara Studio. Started this place to be more than a gym, yaar – wanted it to feel like home, like family. I’m into energy healing, Pilates, and believe wellness is inside-out, not just outside. We mix serious workouts with meditation and trips to the hills – think sunrise hikes, sound healing, even paragliding! My tribe? They’re my people. Watching them grow, move, laugh – that’s why I do this.
My Work
All-in-one Wellness Classes - We do Pilates (mat, reformer, bar), Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Animal Flow classes, Zumba, Strength & Conditioning, plus Sound Healing and Dance Movement Therapy.
Mind-Body Healing Retreats - Join our wellness retreats for meditation, sunrise hikes, and deep mind-body healing. It’s about finding your own peace.
Community Vibes - Once you join, you’re part of the Zingara Tribe. We support, laugh, and grow together – no one’s left out.
Fitness for All Ages - Kids, adults, seniors – everyone’s welcome! We even run aerial yoga for kids and special summer camps.
