About Mat Yoga: Power, Flow, and Flexibility

You won't see us just counting reps here. In our Mat Yoga classes, we focus heavily on using props like blocks and straps to make challenging postures accessible, so you actually learn how to align your body safely rather than just rushing through the flow.
