Single Class Drop-in
Session Details
- Duration: 30 minutes for high intensity Sling Bungee or 60 minutes for Zumba and Yoga.
- Access: Entry to one scheduled group class (subject to slot availability).
- Guidance: Full instruction from certified trainers.

- Studio: Basement studio in Ashok Vihar Phase 2 with laminate flooring and mirrors.
- Climate: Split Air Conditioning and ceiling fans.
- Standard Props: Yoga mats, foam bricks, and stretching straps.
- Specialty Gear: Includes usage of Bungee Harness or Aerial Silks where applicable.
- Audio: High volume music playback via Marshall speakers.

- Storage: Open cubby space for bags and footwear.
- Hydration: Access to drinking water point.

My Story
Hey, I’m Neha from Zingara Studio. Started this place to be more than a gym, yaar – wanted it to feel like home, like family. I’m into energy healing, Pilates, and believe wellness is inside-out, not just outside. We mix serious workouts with meditation and trips to the hills – think sunrise hikes, sound healing, even paragliding! My tribe? They’re my people. Watching them grow, move, laugh – that’s why I do this.

Mind-Body Healing Retreats - Join our wellness retreats for meditation, sunrise hikes, and deep mind-body healing. It’s about finding your own peace.
