On International Yoga Day, we celebrate the holistic benefits of this beautiful practice. Yoga is a path to physical wellness, a stronger immune system, increased energy, and spiritual connection.

About The Zingara Tribe & Studio Vibe
When you walk into our Ashok Vihar studio, you won't find intimidating rows of equipment. Instead, you'll see people laughing, supporting each other in aerial hammocks, and practicing breathwork together. We keep our group classes small so that I can personally check your form and ensure you are moving safely, whether you are here for a high-energy Power Yoga session or a soothing sound healing bath.
At Zingara, we believe fitness is the foundation of a happy life, but it works best when you actually enjoy the process. Our studio was designed to be an escape from the daily grind of Delhi life, providing a safe space to explore different forms of movement.

Our Approach to Wellness
- Small Group Focus: We cap classes at 15 people, which allows me to maintain a hands-on environment. You get actual guidance, not just a teacher shouting from the front of the room.
- Holistic Integration: We regularly mix breathwork, chanting, and meditation into our sessions. This ensures that you leave the studio feeling calm, not just physically exhausted.
- Community Events: Beyond daily classes, we host wellness retreats and outdoor hikes. We want you to feel part of a collective journey, not just a gym member.

If you are a total beginner, please do not worry. We have members of all ages and fitness levels. We offer modifications for every exercise, ensuring that you can start wherever you are today.
