Our mat classes are the foundation of our yoga offerings. We provide dynamic Power Yoga sessions to build heat, strength, and endurance, as well as gentle Flow Yoga perfect for beginners or those wanting to focus on breath and movement. We emphasize proper alignment and offer modifications for all levels.
Kids Yoga: Bal Sanskar Workshops
Our Bal Sanskar classes are designed to make yoga and mindfulness fun for children. Through engaging games, creative stories, and simple yoga poses, we help kids improve their coordination, strength, and concentration. These workshops also introduce them to spiritual concepts and Indian culture in an accessible way.
