Where Kids Move, Laugh & Grow

At Zingara Studio, I want kids to actually enjoy fitness - not just follow routines. Here, it’s about finding movement that feels good, getting creative, and just having fun together. The vibe is more like a tribe than a typical studio. Every kid is welcome, no matter their background or how active they are.

More Than Just Exercise

My goal? Help kids build strong bodies and happier minds, without it being a competition. I mix up physical activities with mindfulness activities for kids, so they not only get fit but also learn to chill, focus, and enjoy the moment. Creative movement for children is a big part of our classes - art, dance, stories, so everyone finds something they love.

What’s On Offer

  • Kids summer activity camp for ages 5-15, packed with dance, aerial yoga, pilates, art, and meditation
  • Yoga for children (Bal Sanskar Yoga) with games, stories, and chants to keep things playful and rooted in our culture
  • Dance & fitness parties for that energy burst
  • Aerial yoga from age 8 - think hammocks, flips, and heaps of confidence
  • Kickboxing basics - all safe, supervised, and focused on discipline and fun

Some kids jump right in, others need a little nudge. That’s cool. I’m here to help them find their groove - whether they’re shy, super energetic, or somewhere in between.

My Story

Hey, I’m Neha from Zingara Studio. Started this place to be more than a gym, yaar – wanted it to feel like home, like family. I’m into energy healing, Pilates, and believe wellness is inside-out, not just outside. We mix serious workouts with meditation and trips to the hills – think sunrise hikes, sound healing, even paragliding! My tribe? They’re my people. Watching them grow, move, laugh – that’s why I do this.

My Work

All-in-one Wellness Classes - We do Pilates (mat, reformer, bar), Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Animal Flow classes, Zumba, Strength & Conditioning, plus Sound Healing and Dance Movement Therapy.

Mind-Body Healing Retreats - Join our wellness retreats for meditation, sunrise hikes, and deep mind-body healing. It’s about finding your own peace.

Community Vibes - Once you join, you’re part of the Zingara Tribe. We support, laugh, and grow together – no one’s left out.

Fitness for All Ages - Kids, adults, seniors – everyone’s welcome! We even run aerial yoga for kids and special summer camps.
