Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy in Bangalore
I use the ancient, gentle resonance of singing bowls to help you clear mental chatter and reconnect with your inner silence. These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, offering a path to deep rest and energetic balance.
This is my sanctuary of sound. I use a collection of Tibetan singing bowls, each with a unique frequency, to create an immersive sound bath. This practice is a profound experience of rest and healing, helping you connect with the silence within.
Have you ever meditated with sound instead of silence? Here, I am guiding a group through a crystal bowl session. The pure, resonant frequencies of these bowls calm the mind, balance the chakras, and create a sacred space for deep relaxation and energetic renewal.
The universe is made of vibrations, and when we are in harmony with them, we feel healthy and happy. In my sound meditation sessions, I use prayer bowls to create harmonious vibrations that help you get in touch with your deepest self and feel complete.
Here is a glimpse into a sound bath in progress. Participants lie down and allow the waves of sound to wash over them. This passive meditation is incredibly effective for reaching deep states of relaxation, reducing inflammation, and improving sleep.
One strike, two chimes, and the mind goes silent. That is the magic of Tingsha. I use these Tibetan chimes to mark the beginning and end of meditation, as their pure, high-frequency vibration clears stagnant energy and restores focus.
Experience the power of sound meditation. The vibrations from these instruments are not just heard by the ears, but felt by every cell in the body. This practice can reduce pain, improve concentration, and promote a profound sense of well-being.
Can five minutes of sound healing really change your energy? Yes. Even a short session can calm your mind, rebalance your energy, and prepare you for better sleep. It is a simple yet powerful tool for your daily self-care ritual.
In the embrace of sound, we find silence. In silence, we find ourselves. This video captures the beautiful energy of a shared meditation session. I am always filled with gratitude for the openness and presence each person brings to the space.
A beautiful moment with participants after a sound bath at Aayana. The shared experience of sound creates a powerful sense of connection and community. We leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and more in tune with ourselves and each other.
A soulful Saturday spent with enthusiastic seekers at a crystal sound session. Creating these spaces for people to gather and heal through vibration is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
About Sound Healing & Vibrational Therapy
When you step into a sound session with me, we focus on grounding your nervous system. Whether we are using Tibetan singing bowls or pure crystal frequency bowls, the experience is not about forcing relaxation but allowing your body to find it. I do not follow a rigid script, because your energy shifts from day to day, and our session will move with you to offer the specific release you need.
Sound healing is not just about listening to instruments. It is a form of vibrational therapy that uses specific frequencies to interact with your body’s natural rhythm. In my sessions at my Challaghatta studio or during group workshops across Bangalore, I utilize a variety of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and Tingsha chimes.
My approach is rooted in the philosophy of ‘Evolve from Within.’ If you are dealing with burnout, anxiety, or simply feeling disconnected, sound meditation helps by calming the mental noise that often prevents us from resting.
We offer two ways to experience this:
- Private Sessions: These are tailored 1-on-1 sessions where we incorporate talk therapy alongside sound to address immediate emotional release.
- Group Sound Baths: These are communal experiences where the collective energy amplifies the healing effect. Perfect if you are looking to connect with a community of like-minded people.
Everything I do is guided by intuition and an understanding that everyone reacts differently to sound. There is no right way to experience a session. Some people fall asleep, some experience deep emotional release through tears, and others simply feel a sense of stillness. You do not need any prior meditation experience to start.
