Sound Healing Therapy in Sadashivanagar
Life moves fast, and often we forget to listen to our own rhythm. My sound healing sessions are a space to press pause, using deep resonance to help you reconnect with yourself.
This is your invitation to experience deep healing. My sound healing sessions are intimate and transformative, using rare instruments to calm your mind and balance your energy. See how people leave feeling lighter and more connected.
People often ask if sound healing is just about sleeping. It's so much more. The vibrations guide you into a deep delta state, which can feel like a meditative trance or a deeply restorative nap. It's a unique experience for every individual.
It is so fulfilling to guide these sacred sound healing therapies. I created this space to bring the therapeutic sounds of nature to you, especially when life gets too busy. Seeing calm, happy faces leave this room is my greatest joy.
I start my day with the Mangal Geet in my meditation room, playing my instruments to create positive vibrations. This practice helps me shift my energy from my own well-being to wishing well for everyone around me.
During one of my sessions, I spoke about how we women should celebrate ourselves. When you find yourself interesting, you stop judging others. My sound healing instruments in the background are a part of creating this space for self-discovery.
About Sound Healing Therapy
My sessions are deliberately intimate, limited to just 20 people to ensure the energy remains focused and quiet. I use over 35 rare instruments, from large Gongs to Tibetan Singing Bowls, in a dedicated sound-proofed studio. You lie back on cotton mattresses with bolsters, letting the vibrations do the work. It is not just about relaxation. It is about shifting your internal frequency to a place where you can finally hear yourself think.
I created this sanctuary in Sadashivanagar because we all have those days where the world’s noise feels like too much. Sound is one of the most ancient forms of therapy. It is not magic, it is physics. These vibrations interact with your body’s own energy centers, helping to release the stress we hold in our tissues. You do not need to know how to meditate or have any prior experience. You just need to show up.
I often say, Jaisa khao ann, vaisa pao mann (as you eat, so becomes your mind). I apply this same principle to sound. What you feed your ears, your mind, and your spirit changes your state of being. Whether you are dealing with burnout, sleep issues, or just a cluttered mind, these sessions are a safe container to process and let go.
Each session includes a brief briefing and an hour of active sound therapy. Wear comfortable clothes, come with an open mind, and prepare to leave feeling lighter. If you are looking for a way to quiet the chatter in your head, come sit with us.
