In our fast-paced city, sometimes you just need to pause. Lie down and let the vibrational frequencies of Tibetan bowls and gongs guide your prana toward deep, restorative rest.

A demonstration of frequency vibration therapy using a large singing bowl. The student stands inside the bowl, allowing the resonant frequencies to travel directly through their body for a deeply grounding and cleansing experience.

Sound therapy is for everyone, including senior citizens. Here, the vibrations from the singing bowl help restore the natural flow of life force energy, or Qi, activating the parasympathetic nervous system for deep relaxation and healing.

A quiet moment during a sound bath workshop, where participants rest in Savasana. The focus is on receiving the healing vibrations from the bowls and gongs, which helps guide the mind into a state of deep meditation.

Using smaller cymbals, or tingsha, to clear the energy field around the head. This technique is often used to begin or end a meditation session, helping to improve mental clarity and focus brainwaves.

A personal, one on one sound healing session in a tranquil, candlelit setting. The bowls are placed on and around the body to target specific energy points, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release.

Here you can see the placement of multiple singing bowls around a participant during a sound bath. Each bowl has a different frequency, creating a complex soundscape that helps to balance the chakras and calm the nervous system.

Our studio is prepared for a Sound Bath workshop. Yoga mats are laid out, and the singing bowls and gong are ready to create an immersive experience of vibrational healing and deep relaxation for our participants.

Before every session, I take a moment to honor the lineage of gurus and the sacred instruments we use. This setup shows the variety of Tibetan bowls, mallets, and chimes used to create a healing sound journey.

Preparing the instruments for a sound healing session. This includes a variety of singing bowls and a large wooden rainstick, each chosen for its unique vibrational quality to enhance the therapeutic experience.

This is a part of my daily practice, bowing to the gurus with the sacred Tibetan bowls. It is a ritual of gratitude that sets the intention for the healing work we do in our sound therapy courses.

About Sound Bath & Vibrational Healing

When you join our sessions, you are not just listening to sounds. I personally place weighted Tibetan bowls directly on your body, along your spine or chest, to help those vibrations travel deeper into your tissue. It is a direct method to unlock stubborn tension and help your nervous system shift from high-stress mode into a parasympathetic healing state.
