About this collection
A group sound bath is more than just listening to music. You will lie down while I use Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and gongs to create physical vibrations that help you reset your nervous system. It is a shared journey where the collective energy makes it easier to let go of daily stress and find a deep, quiet state of rest without needing to do anything at all.
How Our Sessions Work
Each session follows a simple flow designed to settle your mind. We begin with 5-10 minutes of gentle pranayama and breathwork to center your focus. The core of the experience is 45 minutes of acoustic immersion, where I use a mix of Tibetan Chakra bowls, crystal singing bowls, and a large symphonic gong. We close with a period of grounding silence.
Where We Practice
You can join these sessions at my studios in New Tippasandra or Basavanagudi, Bengaluru. These spaces are intentionally set up for sound resonance, with natural ventilation and simple, comfortable setups. I also take these sessions to outdoor spaces like Cubbon Park, where the natural environment adds a layer of depth to the sound. Practicing outside allows us to connect with the rhythm of nature, which often makes the experience feel more expansive.
What to Expect
- No Experience Needed: You do not need to know anything about yoga or meditation to attend. Just show up and lie down.
- What to Bring: I provide the yoga mat and eye mask. Just wear comfortable clothes that let you breathe easily.
- The Effect: It is common to feel lighter or more focused afterward. Sometimes, you might feel strong emotions or just a deep sense of stillness. All of this is part of the process.
Whether you are joining a public session or booking a private group, the goal remains the same: to create a space where you can pause, breathe, and let the sound do the work.
