After the active part of the class, students lie down for Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. This practice induces deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, and is often accompanied by sound healing.

Guiding a group through a mantra meditation. Chanting together, especially "Om Namah Shivaya," is a powerful way to raise the vibrational frequency of the space and everyone in it.

About Group Sound Baths

In my group sound bath sessions in Panchsheel Park, I limit the intake to six people to keep the energy focused and intimate. It is not just about listening to the bowls. We start with ten minutes of guided Yoga Nidra or breathwork, which helps your nervous system settle before the deep vibrations of the Tibetan bowls take over. Many of my students tell me they come specifically for this shared space because it feels much more grounding to experience the resonance alongside others than trying to meditate alone at home.
