Here is the setup for one of my sound healing sessions. Each Tibetan bowl is chosen for its unique frequency, and they are arranged with mallets and other instruments like rainsticks to create a rich soundscape.

About Sound Healing Journeys

Sound healing is less about hearing music and more about feeling the vibration. When the Tibetan singing bowls are played, you do not just listen, you let the frequency settle into your muscles to help release deep-seated tension. We use a 7-piece Bronze and Brass set, and the goal is simply to help you leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in.
