Lie down, breathe, and let the gentle vibrations of Tibetan bowls and chimes guide you into deep rest and stillness.

In the warm glow of candlelight, participants rest in Savasana during a sound bath. This state of deep relaxation allows the healing frequencies of the instruments to resonate fully through the body and mind.

A look into a sound healing session, where I use a variety of instruments like Tibetan bowls and chimes. Participants lie down comfortably as the sound waves guide them into a state of deep meditation and rest.

During a sound healing session, I move around the room, using different instruments like singing bowls to provide a personalized experience. This helps release tension and balance energy for each individual.

This session highlights the serene atmosphere of our sound healing practice. From the gentle glow of candles to the focused calm of the participants, every detail is curated to support a journey inward.

Here is the setup for one of my sound healing sessions. Each Tibetan bowl is chosen for its unique frequency, and they are arranged with mallets and other instruments like rainsticks to create a rich soundscape.

The warm, ambient lighting of the studio enhances the calming effect of the sound healing instruments. This environment is intentionally created to feel safe, peaceful, and conducive to healing.

A participant finds a moment of quiet gratitude during a healing session. The practice of turning inward with prayer or intention is a powerful part of the healing process we cultivate here.

About Sound Healing Journeys

Sound healing is less about hearing music and more about feeling the vibration. When the Tibetan singing bowls are played, you do not just listen, you let the frequency settle into your muscles to help release deep-seated tension. We use a 7-piece Bronze and Brass set, and the goal is simply to help you leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in.

Our sound healing sessions are designed to help you disconnect from the rush of the city. We create a dedicated sanctuary in Sahakar Nagar, using dim lighting and candlelight to shift the mood as soon as you step on the mat.

The Experience

During a typical 60 to 90-minute session, you will be guided through Yoga Nidra, a form of yogic sleep that encourages body scanning and deep relaxation. As you rest in Savasana, the soundscape evolves. We layer live acoustic vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls with rainsticks, frame drums, and tingsha cymbals. These instruments are not random; each produces a frequency meant to help reset your nervous system.

Why it works

It is not always about feeling magical. Some days you might feel calm, other days you might just feel. That is perfectly okay. The goal is to provide a safe space where you can close your eyes and let the sound do the work. We provide premium mats and cylindrical bolsters for knee support, so your only task is to lie down and surrender to the process.

Whether you are looking to clear energy blocks or simply need a quiet hour to decompress after a long week, these sessions offer a way to tune into yourself without the pressure of perfect poses.
