Experience the power of resonant sound and stillness to calm your mind and release stress, hosted in serene settings across Bangalore.

"Ground Your Energy." This image captures the essence of my sound healing workshops, where a group gathers to find stillness and balance through the power of sound vibrations.

Holding a Tibetan singing bowl, I prepare to begin a sound bath. The pure, resonant tones of the bowl are used to calm the nervous system and guide the mind into a meditative state.

Meditation is not a one-size-fits-all practice. In this video, I introduce my "Seven Ways to Meditate" series, exploring different techniques like sound healing and mindfulness to help you find your unique path.

A candlelit meditation session creates a serene and sacred atmosphere. This was from a sound healing workshop in Koramangala, designed to elevate mind, body, and spirit.

Here I am facilitating a sound bath, with participants resting deeply. The combination of candlelight and the studio's calming ambiance enhances the healing experience.

This video explains the principle of sound healing. The soothing frequencies of the bowls help to re-tune your brain and balance your energy, allowing you to relax and rest completely.

About Sound Healing & Guided Meditation

Sound healing isn’t just about listening to music; it’s about allowing specific frequencies from 7-metal Tibetan singing bowls to guide your brainwaves into deep relaxation. I curate each session with candles, comfortable bolsters, and guided breathwork to help you transition from the daily rush of Bangalore into a state of deep, restorative rest.

When you attend a sound bath, you are giving your nervous system permission to pause. I use 7-metal Tibetan Singing Bowls and Crystal Harps to create vibrations that resonate with the body's natural frequencies. This process helps move you out of a 'fight or flight' state and into a calm, meditative space where your mind can finally stop racing.

What happens in a session?

We begin by settling the body through gentle breathwork. As you lie in Savasana, supported by blankets and eye pillows, I introduce the sounds. You don't need to 'do' anything; simply resting and listening is enough. The vibrations work on a subconscious level, helping to release tension and clear mental clutter.

Where we practice

I host these workshops in partnership with studios like TheatreNama and Good Move Studios in Koramangala and Hawk Fitness in Electronic City. These spaces are chosen for their quiet, grounding atmosphere, which is essential for the practice.

Who is this for?

Whether you are feeling burnt out, struggling with sleep, or simply looking for a way to quiet your mind, these sessions offer a safe container to explore stillness. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is required. I often incorporate Yoga Nidra—a form of psychic sleep—to ensure you leave the session feeling re-centered and deeply refreshed. If you have questions about the process or want to know if this is right for you, feel free to reach out before booking.

I’m Sreya, and I believe we all carry a quiet space inside us that gets buried by daily noise. Through sound and meditation, I help you find your way back to that stillness, using ancient tools like Tibetan bowls to guide you there gently.
