This is the feeling I hope to share in every class. A moment of pure joy, connecting with the breath, and opening the heart in a Baddha Virabhadrasana, or Humble Warrior pose. It’s not about perfection, but about the beautiful energy we create when we move and breathe with intention.
This is Camatkarasana, the Wild Thing pose, shared with a fellow yogi. In my group classes, we flow together, support each other, and create a space to explore poses like this heart opener. It’s a beautiful expression of shared energy and joyful movement.
Finding balance, one handstand at a time. Inversions like Adho Mukha Vrksasana (Handstand) are empowering, helping us see the world from a new perspective. In my classes, we build the core and shoulder strength needed to play with these poses safely and with confidence.
This is the vibe of my classes. We move, we breathe, and we definitely laugh. This moment of joy in a toe-stand balance captures the playful, no-judgment atmosphere I love to create. It’s about finding your balance, even if you wobble.
Here in the studio, we find stillness. This is Vrikshasana, or Tree Pose, a foundational posture for grounding and focus. As Patanjali said, yoga is about calming the busy chatter of the mind, and poses like this help us come back to our center.
This is Hanumanasana, the full splits, a pose named after the great leap of the Hindu deity Hanuman. It’s a deep hip opener that teaches us that with devotion and steady practice, or *abyhasa*, we can achieve things we once thought were impossible.
A moment of peace and connection at sunset. This variation of Wild Thing on the beach is a reminder that yoga is a practice we can take anywhere. It’s about bending so you don’t break, finding flexibility not just in the body, but in the mind and spirit too.

About Group Yoga Classes

How I Approach Yoga

For me, it's all about abyhasa – showing up, putting in steady effort, and not stressing if you wobble or fall out of a pose. I'm less interested in perfect shapes, more about finding your rhythm and balance. I want you to feel that your mind is quieter and your breath is deeper by the end of class. Like Patanjali said, calming the mind's busy chatter is what it's about.

What Group Classes Feel Like

We flow together, but everyone's got their own pace. I mainly teach Hatha (slow and focused on alignment) and Vinyasa (a bit more dancey, linking breath and movement). Expect mindful group yoga practice where we move, breathe, and laugh. If you want beginner-friendly yoga classes, you'll get lots of options and help. If you're experienced, I toss in creative flow yoga sequences to keep things fresh.

What We Work On

  • Breath comes first - every class starts and ends with pranayama.
  • Building strength where you actually need it - not just arms, but core and legs too.
  • Flexibility - hip openers, twists, deep stretches, but no pressure for fancy splits.
  • Modifications always - I show ways to dial it up or down.

Who's It For?

Honestly, anyone. Doesn't matter if you can't touch your toes or you practice daily. I give options for every pose, so you do you. No judgment, no fancy gear needed.

The Space & Vibe

Classes happen in a calm, well-equipped studio in HSR Layout. The vibe’s chill, supportive, and real. We keep things light, encourage each other, and don't take ourselves too seriously.

My Story

Vriksasana, the tree pose, always reminds me of my early yoga days. I’m not chasing medals here—yoga’s about balance, focus, and standing firm in what matters. I love mixing handstands with backbends, flipping my view upside down—sometimes you just need that shift. Some days, I’m chilling on Mother Nature’s lap, feeling lucky. Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. Pause, breathe, enjoy your breath. Sending good vibes to all my peeps.

My Work

Yoga classes for all levels - I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow for beginners, and prenatal yoga classes. Pranayama is always part of the mix.

Practice that fits you - Not flexible? No stress. I give modifications and help you find what works for your body.

Beyond stretching - We dive into heart chakra opening, stories behind poses, and breathwork for stress relief. It’s about more than just movement.

Balance & fun in every flow - Classes blend strength, flexibility, and breath—let’s move, adapt, and enjoy the flow together.
