Why I Started Baking
Finding a real fudgy brownie in Bangalore was almost impossible. It annoyed me so much, I just started making my own. What began with me, my chef, and one old oven turned into The Brownie Circles. I’m still obsessed with getting those brownies right - soft, rich, and never just cakey.
What Makes Us Different
We use only pure butter and couverture chocolate - not that compound stuff that’s all vegetable fat. Taste and texture matter to me. I listen to what customers say, and we tweak things all the time. If folks want a twist or something new, we try to make it happen.

My Story
Started off flipping idlis and dosas for two decades, then one day I just craved a real, gooey brownie in Bengaluru. Couldn’t find one, so I made it myself. COVID hit, so it was me, Sanjay, and a tiny oven, hustling on Insta DMs and running around the city with one brownie at a time. Folks thought I was a lady till they saw my UPI! We stick to real chocolate, no shortcuts. Our menu? Grew with every request from you guys. Cake tubs, birthday cakes, whatever you asked for, we baked it.
