What I Cook and Why
There’s no big secret here - I just cook from the heart. My weekly meal service is all about sharing flavors I grew up with, plus a few comfort dishes that always hit the spot. If you love trying new things but also crave familiar, home-cooked food, you’ll probably find something you like on my rotating weekly menu.
What’s Usually on My Menu
- Goan & Mangalorean classics: Think spicy Beef Chilly Fry, Pork Vindaloo, Crab Sukka, Prawn Balchao - all with hand-pounded masalas. It’s about real, bold flavors, not shortcuts.
- Continental comfort: Sometimes you just need a big roast chicken, a cheesy lasagna, or creamy Tuscan chicken with buttered rice.
- Fresh seafood: If I can get a good catch, you’re getting it too. I put special focus on fresh seafood home delivery in Cooke Town and nearby areas.
- Salads & desserts: Couscous salad, orzo with shrimps, and my Baked Yogurt (if you know, you know). Always something sweet to finish.
For Parties & Special Days
If you need a party platter for a small gathering, I’ve got you. My Tangdi Kebab Platter and curated holiday menus are usually a hit. Just know, it’s all pre-order party platters only - I need time to make it right.
How My Weekly Meal Delivery Works
- Menus go out on WhatsApp each week - join if you want first dibs, especially for the Saturday Feast.
- Everything’s fresh and made to order, so pre-order is non-negotiable.
- Pickup from Cooke Town or I’ll arrange delivery if you’re nearby.

Hey, I’m Rochelle and my kitchen’s my happy place. Food for me isn’t just about recipes - it’s a bit of soul, a lot of heart. My Goan and Mangalorean roots sneak into everything I make, whether it’s a spicy Beef Chily Fry or that Crab Sukka everyone loves.
