Casual Mezze & Manakeesh Lunch
Food Inclusions
- Soup or Salad: Choice of traditional Shorbet Adas (Lentil) or fresh Fattoush Salad.
- Cold Mezze: One dip (Classic Hummus or Baba Ghanoush) served with a standard basket of warm pita bread.
- Artisan Flatbread: Choice of Zaatar, Cheese, or Spiced Mixed Veggie Manakeesh (8 to 10 inch thin crust).
Beverages
- Drink: One Turkish Coffee or Signature Mocktail.
- Service: Access to main dining area with premium table service.
Standard 3-Course Dinner
Course 1: Hot Appetizers
- Starter: Choice of Falafel Platter (4 to 5 pieces), Cheese Rolls (Rakakat Jibneh), or Grilled Chicken Wings.
Course 2: Main Entree
- Grills or Stews: Choice of Chicken Shish Tawook skewers, Chicken Kabab, or Slow-cooked Moroccan Tagine (Veg or Chicken) served in a clay pot.
- Accompaniments: Served with garlic dip, bread, or couscous depending on the dish selection.
Course 3: Dessert & Drinks
- Sweet: Assorted Baklava layers or Mahalabia rosewater pudding.
- Beverage: One glass of House Wine or a Premium Mocktail.

- Luxury Starters: Selection includes Grilled Tiger Prawns, Greek Lamb Chops, or Kibbeh Sajieh.

The Kunafa Experience

Food is my way of sharing stories from Lebanon, Morocco, and Greece. At Maffei Kitchen, I chase that perfect balance of flavors - not just making food, but a real Mediterranean fine dining experience. My kitchen is all about fresh ingredients, legit spices, and recipes that mix old-school tradition with new ideas.
Mezze & Starters
I love starting with a spread of Lebanese Mezze - think creamy hummus, crispy falafel with tahini, and meaty pastries like kibbeh sajieh. These small plates pack big flavor and are perfect for sharing.
Grilled & Slow-Cooked Classics
The mains are all about hearty comfort. I slow-cook Moroccan Tagine till the meat is just right, grill Shish Tawook and Kabab Halabi with pistachios, and bring out melt-in-your-mouth lamb shank. Each one is loaded with real Mediterranean flavors.
Our Bread & Oven Specials
We bake artisan pita bread fresh daily. Don’t skip the Manakeesh - Lebanese flatbread, topped with za’atar, labneh, or minced lamb. The smell alone is worth it.
Sweet Endings
Desserts here are proper indulgence: saffron-honey Kunafa, my Baklava cheesecake dessert, and a stash of hand-crafted baklava.

My Story
I’m Chef Ammar Molki, and Maffei Kitchen is my dream brought to life right here in Bangalore. I grew up loving the wild, rich flavors from home - you’ll find me happiest in a spice market, picking stories with every pinch. Maffei isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a slice of my Mediterranean heart. Awards are nice, but seeing you sip Turkish coffee or break baklava with friends? That’s what matters.
