My Indiranagar café transforms at 7:00 PM, trading fresh pastries for a steakhouse menu designed for a slower, more deliberate evening meal.

About The Zed Dining Experience

I keep the dinner menu focused so every plate gets my full attention. Whether you order the 200g seared lamb steak with red wine jus or the cottage cheese steak with zesty chimichurri, everything is prepared to order between 7:00 PM and 10:30 PM. It is a quiet, comfortable shift from my daytime bakery vibes, meant for when you want to actually enjoy your meal rather than just grab a bite.

When the sun goes down in Indiranagar, my space stops being just a bakery and starts focusing on the grill.

The Steakhouse Approach

Steak here is about the right cut and the right finish. I work with 180g to 220g portions of premium meat and firm paneer. For the meat eaters, that means a sear that keeps the inside juicy, rested properly, and finished with a reduction sauce like my Peppercorn or Red Wine Jus. If you are vegetarian, I do not just serve a side salad. My cottage cheese steak comes with a thick, seared slab of fresh paneer and a bright chimichurri that cuts through the richness. Every steak is served with your choice of butter-whipped mashed potatoes or herb-infused rice, plus pan-roasted exotic vegetables.

Pasta, Pizza & Comfort

If you are not in the mood for a steak, the menu balances comfort with quality. My pastas are hand-tossed with house-made sauces like Pesto, Arrabbiata, or Alfredo. The pizzas are 10-11 inch thin-crust bases that I load with fresh mozzarella and quality toppings like bacon or spiced lamb mince. It is simple, classic food made with the same rigor I use for my pastries.

Finishing With Something Sweet

Because I started this as a bakery, I cannot let you leave without dessert. My plated dessert menu is available during dinner, featuring fudgy brownies, Hazelnut Eclairs, or Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake. We warm them up and finish them with ganache drizzles, so the last bite of your meal feels as considered as the first.
