I’m Chef Vivek. For me, it starts with “what did my food eat?” That’s the butterfly effect. We make small, careful choices when we source what goes into our kitchen, and it really shows up on your plate. Expect a menu where global fusion cuisine meets Indian roots - familiar, but never boring.
