- Desserts: 3 standard options combining Indian sweets and bakery staples.
Service & Hardware
- Cuisine Style: Primarily Modern Indian with 1 Continental or Oriental dish (e.g., Pasta or Noodles).
- Staffing: Uniformed waiters for circulation (Ratio 1:20).
- Setup: Clean stainless steel or copper-finish chafing dishes with white porcelain dinnerware.
